Groups, Teams and Projects
Quickly setup and manage all of your departments, groups, teams, and projects - all within a single portal. Groups help an organization define their human resources and at the same
time provide the framework for information distribution. An organization
is free to set up as many groups as they desire to meet their particular
needs.

Groups are the heart of the eUnify Intelligent Distribution
Engine (IDE). The IDE ensures that members have access only to information
that is relevant to them based on their group memberships. For example, information
distributed to the Finance group is only visible by members of the Finance
department and is not visible by others outside the Finance department.
Features and Capabilities
- Parent Groups - groups within groups allow you to manage multi-level group structures
- Public Groups - public groups are open for everyone to join.
- Private Groups - private groups are only visible and accessible by members of the
group. Non-group members do not even know that the group exists. An organization
may use this group to set up an internal audit or to communicate new
product ideas before an official launch.
- Invitation Groups - invitation groups are visible to everyone but membership is managed
by the group administrator(s). Organizations can use this type to model
their various departments such as Finance, Accounting, Sales and even
Customers or Suppliers.
- Custom Messages - display a custom message for each group
- Branding - set up a group for your suppliers and prominently show their logo when they log in
