Membership Directory and More
The member directory provides a listing of all people who have
registered to access the site. Administrators have the additional ability
to view those members who have not yet registered and also identify members as external extranet members.
All members have access to the directory. This enables
your members to be in touch no matter where they are. Sitting in a hotel
room in Boston, you can quickly find the mobile phone number for your counterpart
in Finance. The member directory provides full search and sorting capability
to quickly locate your colleagues. Click the member’s name and all
relevant details for the particular member is displayed. Members are free
to share as much or as little information about themselves as they choose.
