Better Than Email - Internal Messaging
The messaging application works just like your email, however, it functions within your site. Internal messaging provides an efficient mechanism for members to communicate with each other using a familiar email interface. Internal messaging is limited to the portal itself - meaning messages cannot be sent nor received from outside of the secure portal environment.
The number of unread messages is displayed in the What’s New section on the Home Page. Simply click the mail icon to display your inbox.
Managing your inbox is simple as well. Messages can be replied to, forwarded or deleted with just a few clicks. All this is provided with a familiar email interface.
