Open Your Site to Customers, Vendors and Partners
The Extranet capabilities allow you to open up certain
aspects of your site to external entities, such as customers,
vendors and partners. There is no need for separate sites. Your single
portal can have an unlimited number of customer-specific extranets.

Unlike regular members, extranet members do not
have access to public information. Extranet members only have
access to information that is published specifically to them.
Additionally, your portal can be personalized with your customer's
logo or a customer-specific message to further enhance the personalization
of the site. This sub-branding of your site allows you to
create unlimited tailored versions of your site for each
of your customers.
Guest Access
The Guest Access option enables non-members to access
selected portions of your portal. The site administrator
enables “guest” access and sets the appropriate level
of guest permissions. By utilizing this feature, external resources
such as customers and vendors can participate in select online
discussions or provide valuable feedback through a customizable
eForm.

By extending the reach of the portal, the Extranet
option strengthens the relationship between an organization and
its customers and trading partners.
