Data access and security are a top priority at eUnify and your portal offers multiple layers of physical and data protection.
Application Controls
All portal users pass through multiple security levels before any information is presented on their screen:
- Regsitration are required to authenticate themselves with a valid login name and password to gain access to the site.
- Authentication - a valid user name and password must be provided to gain access to the site. Unsuccessful login attempts are logged for later analysis.
- Application Access - application permissions determine the applications the user can access.
- Data Access - only information published to the user or the user's groups are displayed to the user. Non-relevant information is not displayed.
- Web Database Permissions - when accessing a web application additional user-defined security is employed.
