| License. eUnify
software is licensed for use on one or more production
servers and backup servers. Single company license.
Internal company use only. Licenses are available
for those wishing to sell services. |

Appliance configurations require: Dell or HP configurations.
Microsoft Server 2003. Microsoft SQL Server 2005. |
| Setup
and Installation. You may select
a server from our approved configurations or purchase
a new server from eUnify. Purchase and ship to eUnify.
eUnify will install all the necessary
software, test it thoroughly and package it for shipment.
The customer is responsible for installing the server
at their data center or ISP. Once the server is installed
at the customer site, eUnify will remotely test the
server and release it for use by the customer. |
| Remote
Maintenance. Hardware
maintenance agreement with approved vendor. eUnify
will remotely monitor server. The customer is responsible
for handling
hardware problems.
eUnify
applies operating system updates and eUnify Platform
software upgrades. Maintenance is charged on an annual
basis at 20% of the license fee price above. |
