• Information Collection and Use. eUnify.net is the sole owner of the information collected on the eUnify.net website. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The nature of the service allows you to post items (announcements, events, links, document, etc.) that are relevant to you and/or other members of you community. These items are only available to other members of your community if you give them access. Items marked as personal are only visible and available to you. Information collected by our customers on eUnify Web Portal sites is covered in the Privacy section of the Terms of Service.

• Log Files. We use IP addresses to administer the site, track user movement and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to identifiable information.

• Sharing. We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

• Links. This website contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. Read the privacy statements of each website that collects identifiable information.

• Correction/Updating Personal Information. If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as a ZIP code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data.

• Cookies. This website uses cookies during the login process as a means to save you from having to type your login name and password each time you access the web site. You may elect to use this feature by clicking the "Remember Me" option on the login page. Clicking the "Logout" option on the navigation menu removes our cookies from your computer. In addition, this website uses internal cookies (that are not expressly saved on your machine) in its internal processing. This includes requiring each member to log in to the application using a secure Login Name and Password. Each member is responsible for ensuring the security of his or her Login Name and Password. This information can and should periodically be changed by clicking the “Change Login” link on the My Profile page.
